All requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.
What We Don't Cover
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Damage caused by misuse after delivery
- Requests submitted after 30 days
- Claims without supporting photos or video
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Do I Need to Send the Item Back?
In most cases, no. Because we ship through a global fulfillment network, we typically resolve issues with a refund or replacement without requiring you to return the product. If a return is needed, we'll provide instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's processed.
Replacements
Prefer a replacement? Just let us know. We'll ship a new item at no charge, subject to availability.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your building first and allow 2 extra business days. If it still hasn't shown up, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
